Cabbage Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large cabbage
    5 lb. potatoes
    2 lb. ground beef
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Brown and drain ground beef. In large soup pot, add beef and diced potatoes. Cover potatoes with water. Cook 20 minutes on medium heat. Quarter cabbage and add to pot. Cook until cabbage is tender. Add salt and pepper to taste.
