Ziti Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) pkg. ziti
1 lb. ground beef
1 (15 oz.) container Ricotta
1/2 c. grated Parmesan
1/2 c. chopped parsley
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella, shredded
1 egg, slightly beaten
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (29 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
Preparation

Boil ziti until tender.
Brown ground beef.
Remove from heat, stir in Ricotta, Parmesan, parsley, egg, salt and pepper.
Add ziti and half of spaghetti sauce.
Toss to cook well.
Spoon into 9 x 13-inch pan.
Top with rest of sauce.
Sprinkle with Mozzarella.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes until Mozzarella is melted.
Serves 8.
