Crab Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. flour
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can lump crabmeat, drained (may use fresh)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Swiss cheese, grated
1/3 c. green onions, chopped
salt
dash of cayenne pepper
Preparation

Combine mayonnaise, flour, eggs and milk. Stir in cheese and onions.
Fold in crabmeat.
Season to taste.
Pour into pie shell. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
