Gala Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 - 8 oz. pkgs. cream cheese
    1 - 16 oz. container sour cream
    1/4 lb. butter
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2-3 tsp. lemon juice
    5 large eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Warm cream cheese, sour cream, butter and eggs until room temperature. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a large bowl, whip cream cheese until fluffy. Beat in butter and sour cream, then add cornstarch, sugar, vanilla and lemon juice. At high speed, beat mixture until very well blended. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Pour cheesecake batter into a well-buttered 10 inch spring form pan. Place pan in a larger pan and add enough warm water to come halfway up side of pan.
