Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

2 lb. frozen hash browns
1/2 c. melted butter
2 Tbsp. dried minced onion
1 pt. sour cream
1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 c. grated cheese
2 c. corn flakes, crushed
Preparation

Thaw potatoes. Mix first 8 ingredients and put in a 9 x 13-inch pan or casserole. Melt the 1/4 cup butter and mix crushed corn flakes with the butter. Put over top and bake 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
