Shortcake(For Strawberries Or Raspberries) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Sift flour, baking powder and salt.
    Mix oil, vanilla and sugar until light and fluffy.
    Combine with flour mixture.
    Add eggs, 1 at a time.
    Add milk.
    Pour into 2 greased and floured 8 x 8-inch pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
