Veal Ala Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 onion
    2 garlic cloves
    1/2 green pepper
    medium tomatoes
    2 Tbsp. fat
    1/2 can tomato sauce
Preparation
    Bread chops or cutlets and brown.
    Saute vegetables with 2 tablespoons fat.
    Add tomato sauce.
    Place chops in baking pan and use 1/2 vegetable mixture to cover.
    Add thin layer of Mozzarella cheese and rest of vegetables over cheese.
    Bake 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Good.
