Summer Sausage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef or ground deer burger
2 Tbsp. Morton Tender Quick
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
small amount salt
1 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
1 c. water
Preparation

Mix well.
Divide into 3 parts.
Roll in plastic wrap. Refrigerate 24 hours.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
