Peach Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. mashed, fresh peaches
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3 c. milk
    1 1/2 pt. whipping cream
    3 eggs
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Pour lemon juice over peaches.
    In a large mixing bowl, beat eggs until foamy.
    Gradually add sugar.
    Blend in milk, vanilla and salt.
    In a large bowl, beat cream to soft stage.
    Add milk mixture to cream and add 2 or 3 drops of food coloring.
    Add peaches.
