Stuffed Cheeseburgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground meat
    1 small onion, minced
    4 thin slices cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Divide into 8 parts.
    Flatten into very thin patties.
    Season half of patties with salt and pepper and top with minced onion and cheese slice.
    Cover with remaining patties and pinch edges together to seal.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 for 1 hour until done.
