Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot sausage, browned
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 can water
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1/2 c. pepper, chopped
    1 c. Minute rice
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0 to 400\u00b0. Cook 40 to 45 minutes with foil over the dish and 5 minutes uncovered.
