Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    roast
    1 jar mushroom halves
    green onions
    green bell peppers
    fresh garlic
    Lea & Perrins Worcestershire sauce
    white pepper
    2 Tbsp. garlic salt
Preparation
    Cube roast; add meat tenderizer and Worcestershire sauce.
    Let set 30 minutes.
    Dice green onions and garlic.
    Slice long strips of peppers.
    Add remaining ingredients, then cook until done.
