Sausage Ring - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. sausage
2 eggs, beaten
2 Tbsp. grated onion
1 1/2 c. fine dry toast or bread crumbs
1/4 c. chopped parsley
Preparation

Set oven at 350\u00b0.
Lightly butter 9-inch ring mold.
Mix all ingredients and pack into mold.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Pour off excess fat and then cool 20 minutes more.
