Pumpkin Delight - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 stick diet margarine (4 Tbsp.), melted (100~)
16 graham crackers
12 oz. container Cool Whip
8 oz. container lite cream cheese
2 small boxes vanilla pudding
1 large can pumpkin
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/2 c. brown Sugar Twin (optional)
skim milk
vanilla pudding mix (dry)
Preparation

Place whole graham crackers in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
Melt margarine and drizzle over graham crackers.
Put light cream cheese and Cool Whip into a bowl and blend well.
Spread one-half of this mixture over graham cracker crust.
