Walnut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c sugar (you may substitute brown sugar)
    3 Tbsp melted butter
    1 c light corn syrup
    1/8 tsp salt
    1 tsp vanilla
    1 c walnuts, broken into pieces
Preparation
    Beat eggs; gradually add sugar and continue beating until thick.
    Add remaining ingredients; beat well.
    Fold in nuts and pour into 8 or 9 inch unbaked pastry shell.
    Bake in 300 degree oven
    for 1 hour.
    Top with whipped cream.
