Ten Minute Fruit Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs, separated
2 c. None Such mincemeat with brandy and rum
1 c. raisins
1 c. walnuts
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. melted butter
2 c. sifted flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Place egg whites in a small mixing bowl; beat until stiff. Set aside.
Combine mincemeat, raisins, walnuts, sugar, vanilla, melted butter and egg yolks in a large bowl.
Mix until well blended.
Sift dry ingredients together.
Fold dry ingredients into mincemeat mixture.
Fold in egg whites.
Pour into greased tube pan.
Bake in a slow oven at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
