Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 c. hot milk
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 tsp. celery salt
    1 c. mashed or boiled potatoes
    grated cheese
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter and add the salts and pepper.
    Put potatoes through coarse sieve if boiled and add to mixture.
    Stir in milk and simmer slowly for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. For just the right finishing touch, sprinkle with grated cheese and pop under the broiler to brown.
