Lamb Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. milk
    1 egg
    1 lb. ground lamb
    4 strips bacon
Preparation
    Stir the first 5 ingredients together; mix with ground lamb. Form into 4 large balls.
    Wrap each ball with 1 strip of bacon; fasten together with toothpick.
    Bake on broiler pan at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes.
    Serve with mint jelly.
