Fresh Blueberry Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. dairy sour cream
2 Tbsp. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
2 1/2 c. fresh blueberries, raspberries or peaches
1 unbaked (9-inch) pastry shell
3 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
3 Tbsp. chopped pecans or walnuts
Preparation

Combine sour cream, flour, sugar, vanilla, salt and egg.
Beat 5 minutes at medium speed of mixer or until smooth.
Fold in blueberries, peaches or raspberries.
Pour filling into unbaked pastry shell.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Remove from oven. Combine remaining ingredients, stirring well.
Sprinkle over top of pie.
Bake 10 more minutes.
Chill before serving.
