Cheese Straws - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 sticks butter
1 tsp. Lea & Perrins
1 lb. black rind cheese (extra sharp Cheddar)
3 1/2 c. sifted flour
1 1/2 Tbsp. paprika
10 drops Tabasco hot sauce
juice of 1/2 lemon
1 Tbsp. red pepper
1 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Cream together butter, hot sauce, Lea & Perrins and lemon juice. Grate cheese and let come to room temperature. Then add it to butter mixture. Mix dry ingredients and add to cheese mixture. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
