Eggs In A Cloud - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 slices salami (1/8-inch)
8 slices Italian bread (3/4-inch)
1/4 lb. Jarlsberg cheese
1 tsp. salt
8 eggs
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/3 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Toast and butter bread.
Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Lightly grease a

x 2-inch baking dish.
Cut salami in half; arrange, cut side down, around edge of prepared dish.
Arrange bread
over bottom
of
dish;
place
cheese slices on top of bread.
Separate eggs,
placing
each
yolk
in a shell half; place
in egg-carton
compartments until ready to use.
Place whites
in a large bowl of electric mixer; at high speed, beat egg
whites with 1/2 teaspoon salt and the mustard until stiff and moist peaks form.
