Easy Vegetable Beef Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. oil
    3/4 lb. lean boneless beef, cut into cubes
    1 can condensed beef broth
    2 tsp. paprika
    1 medium onion, sliced
    3 c. water
    16 oz. can tomatoes, cut up
    1/4 c. uncooked barley
    2 bay leaves
    1 1/2 c. frozen mixed vegetables
Preparation
    Heat oil in Dutch oven or large saucepan over medium high heat; brown meat.
    Stir in remaining ingredients except mixed vegetables; bring to boil.
    Reduce heat; cover.
    Simmer 1 1/4 hours, stirring occasionally.
    Add vegetables; simmer 15 to 20 minutes until beef and vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally.
    Remove bay leaves.
    Season to taste with salt and pepper.
