Three Bean Curry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1 carrot, shredded
    1 large onion, chopped
    1/4 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    2 Tbsp. curry, or to taste
    1/2 to 1 c. water
    1 pkg. lima beans, frozen (small size)
    1 pkg. green beans, frozen (small size)
    1 pkg. peas, frozen (small size)
    1/2 c. plain yogurt
    1/2 c. peanuts, chopped
Preparation
    Melt butter in large frying pan over medium heat. Add garlic and saute one minute. Add carrot, onion, mushrooms and saute until tender. Stir in curry powder. Add water, lima beans, green beans and peas and simmer until tender. Serve over rice; top with dollop of yogurt and sprinkle with chopped peanuts.
