Pastitsio - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 kgr. ground beef
1 onion, cut in small pieces
1/2 c. olive oil
2 tsp. salt
pepper
parsley, cut in small pieces
1/2 c. white wine
1 c. tomato juice
1/2 kgr. macaroni bugattini
1 c. Parmesan cheese
Sauce Bechamel
Preparation

Saute the ground beef and the onion with the olive oil.
Add the salt, the parsley and the wine.
When all of the wine is gone, you add the tomato juice and let the ground beef to be cooked for about 30 minutes.
Boil the bugattini into 5 liters of water and add 1 tablespoon of salt.
When they are ready, pour 1 cup of cool water into the pan and then strain.
Put half of the bugattini into a large buttered oven pan, then sprinkle with cheese and cover with the ground beef.
Then you put the rest of the bugattini and sprinkle again with cheese.
