Lemon Curd Tarts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1/4 lb. butter
6 eggs
juice of 3 lemons
Preparation

Mix butter, sugar, 6 eggs and lemon juice and mix thoroughly in the top of a double boiler.
Cook, stirring constantly, until thick.
It should be the consistency of pudding before you take it off the heat.
May take 10 minutes or so.
Take off the heat and cool.
