Acapulco Party Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. shrimp
    2 oranges, peeled and sliced
    1 small onion, sliced
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/3 c. fresh lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. paprika
    2 tsp. dry mustard
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. crushed red chilies
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Simmer shrimp in seasoned water until opaque.
    Drain and cool under running water.
    Layer cooked shrimp, orange slices and onion. Combine oil, vinegar, lemon juice, sugar, paprika, mustard, garlic, salt and chilies.
    Pour over shrimp, cover and marinate in refrigerator for 1 hour.
    To serve, arrange shrimp, orange slices and onions on platter.
