Chicken Tetrazzini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. margarine
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. green pepper
1/4 c. flour
2 c. Milnot or 2 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
1/4 c. chopped pimento
8 oz. cooked spaghetti
1 to 2 c. chopped chicken
Preparation

Cook onion and pepper in butter.
Blend in flour and Milnot. Cook until smooth.
Add salt, 1/2 of cheese, chicken, mushrooms and pimento.
Grease a casserole dish.
Alternate sauce with spaghetti.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Makes 8 servings.
