Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large round steak, tenderized
    1 green bell pepper, sliced
    1 onion
    1 can Italian stewed tomatoes
    garlic salt to season
    black pepper
Preparation
    Cut steak in 3 x 3-inch pieces.
    Rub meat with garlic salt and pepper.
    Brown steak in oil.
    When brown on each side, add onion, tomatoes, 1/2 can water, and green pepper strips.
    Simmer 30 minutes or until tender.
