1 pie shell
1 medium onion, chopped
1 Tbsp. butter or oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. dried basil
salt and pepper
2 large tomatoes

Preparation

Drain the cottage cheese in a sieve for several hours to remove liquid.
Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
