Cottage Cheese Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pt. low-fat cottage cheese
    1 pie shell
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. butter or oil
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. dried basil
    salt and pepper
    2 large tomatoes
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Drain the cottage cheese in a sieve for several hours to remove liquid.
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Make a pie crust according to your favorite recipe and fit it into a 9-inch pie plate.
