Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. shredded carrots
6 c. cubed zucchini (leave skin on)
1 medium onion, diced
1 small box chicken Stove Top stuffing mix (cubes and seasoning)
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 oz. sour cream
1 c. Velveeta cheese, cubed
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Put carrots, zucchini and onion in a large pan.
Put enough water in to cover vegetables.
Bring to a boil and boil for 15 minutes.
Drain.
