Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can salmon (either pink or red; pink is cheapest), drained and flaked
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. bread crumbs or crackers
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 can cream of celery soup
    onion to taste
    1 egg
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together;
    form into loaf.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
    Delicious!
