Pimiento Cheese Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. American or other mild cheese
1 (7 oz.) can pimientos, finely chopped
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 c. mayonnaise
finely chopped pickle
Preparation

Melt in top of double boiler over hot water the cheese.
Then add the pimientos, condensed milk and mayonnaise.
Add as much finely chopped pickle as desired.
Mix thoroughly.
