Crusty Cheese Rings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 c. butter
    1/2 c. whipping cream
    2 tsp. vinegar
    1/2 c. grated Swiss, Monterey Jack or Parmesan cheese
    1 egg white, slightly beaten
    flour
    cheese for topping
Preparation
    Combine flour and butter in bowl; cut butter into flour until smaller
    than peas.
    Mix in cream and vinegar.
    Stir in cheese; form
    dough
    into
    a ball.\tRoll dough out on floured surface
    to 1/4-inch thickness.
    Cut into rings with doughnut cutter.
    Place rings and holes on ungreased baking sheet about 1
    inch
    apart; chill
    for\t30
    minutes.
    Brush tops with egg white.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes or until lightly brown.
