Texas Buttermilk-Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. biscuit mix
    3 eggs
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg (optional)
    2/3 c. diced pecans
Preparation
    Combine buttermilk, sugar, biscuit mix, eggs, butter, vanilla and nutmeg in blender container.
    Cover and blend 3 minutes.
    Pour into greased 9-inch pie pan.
    Sprinkle with pecans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 or 45 minutes.
    Serve warm or cool.
    Makes 6 servings.
