Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine
1/4 c. milk
1 c. brown sugar, packed
1 3/4 to 2 c. sifted powdered sugar
Preparation

Melt margarine in saucepan.
Add brown sugar; boil over low heat.
Heat 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Stir in milk; bring to boil, stirring constantly.
Cool to lukewarm.
Gradually add powdered sugar.
Beat until thick enough to spread.
If too stiff, add a little hot water.
