Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. grated extra sharp Cheddar cheese
    16 oz. grated medium sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 small onion, grated
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 tsp. red pepper
    1 c. mayonnaise
    pecan meal (optional)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well and press into mold or shape into a ball.
    Roll in pecan meal or finely crushed pecans and refrigerate to set.
    Serve with crackers.
