Herbed Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. margarine or butter
2 c. Bisquick baking mix
2/3 c. milk
Herb-Cheese Coating
Preparation

Place margarine in small microwavable bowl.
Microwave on High (100%) until melted.
Mix baking mix and milk until soft dough forms.
Beat vigorously 30 seconds.
Turn onto surface well floured with baking mix.
Turn to coat with baking mix.
Knead 10 times. Divide dough into 12 equal parts.
Dip each part into margarine, coating all sides.
Roll in Herb-Cheese Coating.
Place in 6-cup microwavable ring dish.
Microwave on inverted microwavable dinner plate on Medium (50%) for 4 minutes.
Rotate dish 1/2 turn.
Invert on heatproof serving plate.
Makes 6 servings.
