Classic Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. potatoes, peeled and diced
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. celery seed
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 c. celery, diced
    1/2 c. green pepper, diced
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. black pepper
    2 Tbsp. mustard
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    2 hard-boiled eggs (optional)
Preparation
    Boil potatoes with salt until tender.
    Drain and sprinkle with celery seed while hot.
    Let cool.
    Combine rest of ingredients except parsley and eggs; mix well.
    Garnish with parsley and sliced hard-boiled eggs, if desired.
