Sweet Potato Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can sweet potatoes
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. maple syrup
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Drain liquid from potatoes; set aside.
    Empty potatoes in medium size mixing bowl.
    In separate bowl, add brown sugar and maple syrup.
    Mix with mixer until creamy.
    Add nuts and 1/2 cup of potato liquid.
    Put potatoes in greased pan and pour liquid over them.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 about 45 minutes until knife comes out clean from center.
