Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can Niblets corn
    1 can cream-style corn
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 large bell pepper, chopped
    1 large jar pimentos
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. crushed cracker crumbs
    2/3 c. sweet milk
    1 egg, beaten slightly
    1/2 stick oleo or butter
    1 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Mix first 12 ingredients; pour into buttered casserole dish. Sprinkle cheese on top.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
