California Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. ground beef
    2 large onions, chopped
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1/4 c. chili powder
    3 c. picante sauce
    1 c. sour cream
    2 c. sliced green olives
    4 c. cottage cheese
    2 c. Monterey Jack cheese
    3 c. crushed tomatoes
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped chilies
    1 pkg. nacho chips
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown beef in batches.
    Saute onions and garlic with last batch of meat.
    Return all meat to pan.
    Sprinkle chili powder over meat. Blend tomatoes, picante sauce, green chilies and olives into meat mixture.
    Simmer on stove top 25 to 30 minutes.
