Pumpkin Gobs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. light brown sugar
1 c. Crisco
1 small can pumpkin
2 eggs
3 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cloves
Preparation

Cream brown sugar and Crisco.
Add eggs and pumpkin and stir well.
Gradually add dry ingredients; mix well.
Drop by well-rounded teaspoonfuls onto lightly greased cookie sheet.
Bake for 12 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
When cool, fill with filling.
Place 2 cookies together.
