Hot Pineapple Dish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 Tbsp. pineapple juice
6 Tbsp. flour
1 c. sugar
2 (20 oz.) cans chunk pineapple, well drained
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. butter
1 c. Ritz crackers
Preparation

Mix first 3 ingredients together; add pineapple and Cheddar cheese.
Pour into greased casserole. Melt butter and mix with Ritz crackers that have been rolled into crumbs. Put crumbs on top.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 40 to 45 minutes.
