Sweet And Sour Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean pork strips
    1 (No. 2) can pineapple chunks
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 c. vinegar
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 green pepper, cut in strips
    1/4 c. thin sliced onions
    cooked rice
Preparation
    Brown pork in small amount of oil.
    Add 1/2 cup of water and simmer 1 hour.
    Combine pineapple juice, sugar, flour, salt, vinegar and soy sauce.
    Add to pork and cook until gravy thickens. Add pineapple, pepper strips and onions.
    Cook 3 to 5 minutes. Serve over cooked rice.
