Microwave Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. baking mix
    1 1/2 tsp. paprika
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. fryer, cut up
Preparation
    Mix baking mix, paprika, salt and pepper; coat chicken. Arrange pieces, skin side up, in microwavable dish, with thickest part toward edges.
    Cover with waxed paper and microwave on High for 10 minutes.
    Rotate dish 1/2 turn.
    Microwave additional 8 to 12 minutes until done.
