Squash Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 egg
    squash
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 small can evaporated milk
    1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Cook squash until tender.
    Drain and mash.
    Cream sugar and margarine.
    Add squash and flour.
    Mix well.
    Beat egg and add to mixture.
    Add remaining ingredients; pour into unbaked pie shell. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Serves 8.
