Shrimp Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh shrimp
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. or less garlic salt
    1 tsp. horseradish
    dash of paprika
Preparation
    Boil shrimp 7 minutes or until pink.
    Chill.
    Remove shells and devein.
    Chop into small pieces.
