Lemon Herb Seasoning - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 1/2 Tbsp. dried basil
    3 3/4 Tbsp. dried oregano
    1 1/2 Tbsp. powdered black pepper
    1 1/2 Tbsp. granulated onion
    1 1/2 Tbsp. whole celery seed
    1 1/4 Tbsp. powdered basil
    1/2 tsp. granulated garlic
    1/2 tsp. lemon rind, grated (optional)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl.
    Toss gently with a spoon until well blended.
    Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry, dark place for up to six months.
    Makes approximately 1 cup.
    Use with chicken, fish and turkey.
