The Big Dipper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1 pkg. chili
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 bag Fritos Scoops
Preparation
    Cook chili in a medium saucepan until hot. Spread cream cheese and cover a 10-inch round dish. Pour heated chili over cream cheese. Spread shredded cheese over chili layer and top evenly. Dip Fritos Scoops into dip and enjoy!
