Perfect Pie Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. white vinegar
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 3/4 c. Crisco
1 large egg
Preparation

Place flour, sugar and salt in large bowl.
Mix well.
Add Crisco and mix until crumbly.
In small bowl mix 1/2 cup water, vinegar and egg. Combine two mixtures and stir well with fork. Makes 3 to 4 (9-inch) crusts.
